Pneumatic volumetric piston filler with AISI 304 stainless steel frame on wheels, available with one or two dosing heads. Adjustment of the dispensed volume by means of handwheel(s) and reference millimetre scale(s). Two-way ball valve(s) for delivery speed regulation. Flow regulator(s) for setting the suction speed. Product suction cylinders in PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) for alcohol up to 20%. AISI 316 stainless steel cylinders for products with an alcohol percentage higher than 20%. Stainless steel nozzles ø 16 mm in AISI 316 stainless steel with silicone and HPU gaskets. Rod for nozzle(s) support and height adjustment according to the bottle format. The machine is self-priming, draws the product without the aid of external pumps, even from a container placed on the floor. Sight glass for air venting and recovery of liquid in excess, or the excessive pressure generated inside the bottle. The filler has been specifically designed for filling the Frugal Bottle™ and combines volumetric piston filling with level filling nozzles.
