Hand held capping machine – Pneumatic for Screw Caps

Save labour and ensure consistent tightening of caps with this hand held capping machine pneumatic screw cap tightener for plastic screw caps and metal twist off caps. It comes complete with a spring return balance unit for overhead mounting, and a capping chuck for perfect tightening every time. It is also reversible for removing caps. Please note, a compressor with a minimum capacity of 6 cfm is required to run this tightener.

Capping chucks for different caps – all of our capping chucks are machined from aluminium to your cap profile. We do not supply the rubber based inserts as these wear quickly and cannot provide repeatable torques.
