V2 Vacuum filling machine for miniatures

V2 inline twin head vacuum filling machine. For fast LEVEL filling of free flowing products without particulates into miniature glass or very rigid plastic bottles only. Products such as wine, oils and spirits are ideal for vacuum filling.

The V2 twin head filling machine can fill up to 600 Bph on 50ml water, in perfect hygienic conditions and with no product spillage. The filling level is adjustable: once selected, it automatically fills up the bottle to the desired level. Simple to use and clean: a great advantage especially when bottling oils. No need for header tanks, the V2 will suck product from floor level. Through vacuum operated filling, the product is bottled in a most natural way, allowing to maintain its original quality and features. When placing the bottle under the machine, the fluid is sucked by the vacuum created inside the bottle, without any contact between product and pumps or mechanical components.
